PRAMUKA GARUDA

   

Pramuka Garuda ialah tingkatan tertinggi dalam setiap golongan  Pramuka Garuda diatur dalam Keputusan Kwartir Nasional Gerakan Pramuka Nomor 101 tahun 1984 tentang Petunjuk Penyelenggaraan Pramuka Garuda.

PRAMUKA PENGGALANG

 

Pramuka Penggalang

Penggalang adalah sebuah golongan setelah pramuka Siaga . Anggota pramuka penggalang berusia dari 11-15 tahun. Disebut Pramuka Penggalang karena sesuai dengan kiasan pada masa penggalangan perjuangan bangsa Indonesia, yaitu ketika rakyat Indonesia menggalang dan mempersatukan dirinya untuk mencapai kemerdekaan dengan adanya peristiwa bersejarah yaitu konggres para pemuda Indonesia yang dikenal dengan " Soempah Pemoeda" pada tahun 1928 .

PENJELASAN TENTANG PRAMUKA PENEGAK

Pramuka Penegak merupakan golongan sekaligus sebutan bagi anggota Gerakan Pramuka yang berusia antara 16 sampai dengan 20 tahun. Tingkatan golongan pramuka penegak ini merupakan penggolongan pramuka berdasarkan usia didik setelah pramuka siaga (usia 7 – 10 tahun) dan pramuka penggalang (usia 11 –15 tahun).

Penggunaan istilah ‘penegak’, sebagaimana istilah lainnya dalam kepramukaan, diambilkan dari romentisme sejarah perjuangan bangsa Indonesia. Kata ‘penegak’ (kata dasar ‘tegak’) merujuk pada tahap keberhasilan bangsa Indonesia dalam menegakkan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. PENJELASAN TENTANG TONGKAT PRAMUKA

Tongkat pramuka memiliki ukuran panjang 160 cm dan diameter 5 Cm ini memiliki banyak fungsi untuk anak pramuka siaga, penggalang. Tongkat berbahan bambu atau kayu yang selalu di bawa oleh anak pramuka ini tidak semata-mata untuk bergaya atau asesoris yang tidak memiliki arti dan tujuan.

PENJELASAN TENTANG PRAMUKA SIAGA

Pramuka Siaga adalah sebutan bagi anggota Pramuka yang berumur 7-10 tahun. Disebut Pramuka Siaga karena sesuai dengan kiasan pada masa perjuangan bangsa Indonesia, yaitu ketika rakyat Indonesia mensiagakan dirinya untuk mencapai kemerdekaan dengan ditandai berdirinya Boedi Oetomo pada tahun 1908 sebagai tonggak awal perjuangan bangsa Indonesia.

SEJARAH PRAMUKA DI INDONESIA

Ternyata gagasan organisasi Baden Powell tersebut dalam waktu singkat menyebar ke berbagai negara termasuk Belanda. Di belanda gerakan pramuka dinamai Padvinder. Pada masa itu Belanda yang menguasai Indonesia pun membawah gagasan itu ke Indonesia. Akhirnya mereka pun mendirikan organisasi tersebut di Indonesia dengan nama NIPV (Nederland Indische Padvinders Vereeniging = Persatuan Pandu-Pandu Hindia Belanda).

SCOUT HISTORY

A. preliminary

                Scouting education in Indonesia is one important facet of national education , which is part of the history of the struggle of the Indonesian nation . For that to know the history of Scouting in Indonesia .

B. A Brief History of the Scout Movement

                Boden Powell brilliant idea and draw it eventually spread to various countries including the Netherlands Netherland or Padvinder name . By the Dutch idea was brought to Indonesia by the Dutch organization established in Indonesia by the name NIPV ( Nederland Indische Vereeniging Padvinders = Unity Waveguide - Waveguide Dutch East Indies ) .

                The leaders of the national movement formed organization which aims to establish a human scout good Indonesian and becoming a national movement cadres . Thus appear various scouting organizations , among others, the JPO ( Javaanse Padvinders Organizatie ) JJP ( Jong Java Padvindery ) , NATIPIJ ( Nationale Islamitsche Padvindery ) , READY ( SI Cambodgien Padvindery ) , HW ( Hisbul Wathon ) .

                With the Dutch government ban the use of the term Padvindery KH Agus Salim use the name Scout or Scout .

                With the rise of national consciousness after the Youth Pledge , the scouting organization in 1930 as an IPO , PK ( Pandu Sultanate ) , PPS ( Pandu Sumatra Youth ) joined the KBI ( Scout Indonesian nation ) . Then in 1931 formed the PAPI ( Association of Indonesian Scout Inter ) which turns into BPPKI (Central Bureau of Indonesian Scout Brotherhood ) in 1938 .

                At the time of the Japanese occupation of Indonesia Scout Scout leaders banned so much that goes Keibondan , Seinendan and PETA .

                After Scout leaders formed the People's declaration of independence of Indonesia on December 28, 1945 at Sala as the only scouting organization .

                Approximately 1961 Indonesian scouting scouting organization split into 100 collected in 3 federations organization that IPINDO ( Indonesian Scout Association ) was established 13 September 1951 , POPPINDO ( Pandu Puteri Indonesia Association ) in 1954 and PKPI ( Scout Association of Puteri Indonesia )

Recognizing the weaknesses of the existing three federations merged into one under the name PERKINDO ( Indonesian Scout Association ) .

                Because there is still a sense of high class makes Perkindo still weak . The weakness of the scouting movement will be used by the Indonesian Communist Young Pioneers movement to become like those in the communist country . However, the strength of the Pancasila in Perkindo against and with the help of Prime Minister Ir . Juanda then struggle resulted in Presidential Decree. 238 of 1961 concerning the Scout Movement on May 20, 1961 signed by the Acting President Ir Juanda as President Sukarno was visiting Japan .

                In the decree the scout movement by the government designated as the sole agency in Indonesia are allowed to provide education scouting , so that other organizations and similar nature that resembles the scout movement is persecuted .

C. The development of the Scout Movement

                The provisions in the Articles of Association of the scout movement on the basic principles of scouting educational methodical implementation as mentioned above there are many changes that bring the scouts were able to develop its activities . The scouting movement was more powerful and fast growing organization of the city to the village .
